Low Season: October – May (excluding Holidays/Festivals)
• Lower Retreat: $110 (1-2 people); $125 (3-8 people)
• Upper Retreat: $125 (1-2 people); $145 (3-7 people)
• Both Units: $265 (up to 15 people)

High Season: June – September and Holidays/Festivals:
• Lower Retreat: $120 (1-2 people); $135 (3-8 people)
• Upper Retreat: $135 (1-2 people); $155 (3-7 people)
• Both Units: $285 (up to 15 people)

10.5% state and city room tax charged in addition to rates listed above (unless stay is for 30+ days).

$75 cleaning deposit for each unit. $25 will be refunded if you leave the Retreat as you found it. $200 reservation/security deposit. Fully refundable. Reservation is secured when deposits are received.
