Low Season: October – May (excluding Holidays/Festivals)
• Lower Retreat: $125 (up to 8 people)
• Upper Retreat: $145 (up to 7 people)
• Both Units: $270 (up to 15 people)

High Season: June – September and Holidays/Festivals:
• Lower Retreat: $135 (up to 8 people)
• Upper Retreat: $155 (up to 7 people)
• Both Units: $290 (up to 15 people)

10.5% state and city room tax charged in addition to rates listed above (unless stay is for 30+ days).

Advance Payment: 50% down. Applied to Balance Due, payable 21 days prior to arrival.

Additional Cleaning Fee: $55 per unit, not dependent on length of stay.
Reservation is secured when Advance Payment is received.
